Frank founded VisionzLab and leads the technical side of every engagement: what gets built, how it's built, and the agents themselves.
He has spent more than twenty years designing and building software for startups and large enterprises, as a solution architect and technical lead at organisations including Uber, TD Bank, Canada Life and CAA. At Uber he led an award-winning AI initiative; at Canada Life he formed and scaled an in-house mobile team. He is TOGAF and PMP certified.
On every project he makes sure the agents are safe to run: approval steps, audit trails and clear limits on what they may do.
