VisionzLab is an AI studio based in Ontario, Canada, working with small and mid-sized businesses across Canada and the US. We teach teams to run their own agents, build agents with them, or build and run them for you, always with your people approving the decisions that matter.

What is VisionzLab?
VisionzLab (visionzlab.com, sometimes written Visionz Lab) is an AI studio based in Ontario, Canada. We help small and mid-sized businesses in Canada and the US put AI agents to work on everyday workflows such as documents, quotes, orders, email and follow-up, with people approving the decisions that matter.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. You need someone who knows the work and can check the output. We set up the technical side with your team and hand over a playbook, or build and run it for you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the workflow and how much help you want. We don't publish rates. After a free discovery session we quote a defined first step, usually the Discovery Sprint, before you commit to anything bigger.
How do you keep our data and decisions under control?
Agents get only the accounts and permissions you give them, and approval steps, audit trails and limits on what an agent may do are part of every build. We agree what data is used, and who can see it, before work starts.
What if AI isn't the right answer for our problem?
Then we'll say so. Some work is better handled by a simple rules-based automation or by a person, and the discovery session is where we tell you which.
