Who we help
AI Quoting for Machine Shops and Fabricators
An AI first pass on every RFQ: it reads the drawings and models, lists the missing details and drafts the quote, and your estimator approves it.

In most job shops, one or two busy people quote everything. Each RFQ arrives as an email with a PDF print, a STEP file, or sometimes a phone photo of a sketch. Someone works out the material, stock size, setups and outside processes, writes back for the missing tolerance or quantity, and prices it. Most of those quotes don't win, and buyers compare every reply with an instant-quote website.
We build quoting assistants that do the first pass. They read the request and its files, measure the model, list the questions the buyer still needs to answer, and draft a cost from your own rates, machines and past jobs. Your estimator reviews it, sets the price and the date, and sends it.
If an off-the-shelf quoting tool already fits your parts, we'll tell you, and help you set it up. Most engagements start with a discovery sprint on twenty of your recent, non-controlled RFQs, measured against what you actually quoted.

How can a machine shop use AI to quote jobs faster from drawings and 3D models?
An AI quoting assistant reads the RFQ email, drawings, sketches and STEP files, lists what the buyer left out, and drafts a cost from the shop's own rates, machines and past jobs. The estimator checks it, sets the price and sends the quote.
We already use a quoting tool. Do we need you?
Maybe not. If your tool handles your parts and your team trusts its numbers, keep it. We help where requests are messy (sketches, PDFs with no model), where you want the draft calibrated on your own past jobs, or where quoting has to fit your inbox, your ERP and your quote template.
Can we keep customer drawings in Canada?
Yes. We can host in Canada, delete files on a schedule you set, and keep your drawings out of model training. Drawings under the Controlled Goods Program or ITAR stay out of the system entirely.
Does it set our prices?
No. It drafts a cost from the rates and rules you give it and shows its working. Your estimator sets the price, the delivery date and whether to quote at all.
