Questions
How is this calculated?
Times per week × minutes each ÷ 60 gives weekly hours; × working weeks gives yearly hours; × the share you expect back gives the hours an agent could return. A 37.5-hour week converts hours to working weeks.
What share should I use?
Start low. The agent prepares and a person still reviews, so the time that comes back is the reading and re-keying, not the checking. 30% is a cautious first guess; the Discovery Sprint measures the real figure on your own work.
Do these tools send what I type anywhere?
No. The workflow finder and the calculator run in your browser. We record only that a tool was used, not what you entered.
Are the calculator's results a quote or a promise?
No. They're your own numbers multiplied out. The Discovery Sprint measures the real effect on a sample of your work.
